Classical – Yundi Li – Chopin “Fantasie” Impromptu, Op. 66

8a8bb classical guitarist default Classical Yundi Li Chopin Fantasie Impromptu, Op. 66

Of course no video collection would be complete without the cliche Yundi Li video of him playing Chopin’s “Fantasie” Impromptu in C-sharp minor, Op. 66 No. 4 This is one of my favorite pieces. did you know: Chopin hated this piece? He composed it when he was just 24 and regretted it ever after. PLEASE DO NOT POST SLANDEROUS, RUDE, OR RACIST COMMENTS ON MY VIDEOS. IF I SEE IT, I WILL DELETE IT AND BAN YOU. GROW UP SOME.

    My body automatically dances at the beginning of this piece.

  18. 99mathlover99 says:

    @magus5200 actually, if you raise the volume, you can hear the notes, just much softer then the rest. the notes are there, and they are being played

    Chopin wanted his friend to burn this piece after his death. Luckily he didn’t but he partly wanted the piece gone because he thought it slightly resembled Beethoven’s ‘Moonlight Sonata’
    I love this song though!

    I’m 15, and I can play this from memory. :P My question, how long have you been playing piano for? I’ve been playing since November 2004, so seven years and three months.

  23. Lawrencelovespiano says:

    @magus5200
    But at that particular time, I would say that it was edited, poorly though! XD

    @magus5200
    I would say that the audio is off to the video… It’s happened in many videos. Where the video is faster or slower than the video. :P

    @luigipichu4928 i will! I was listening to hear what it was like, it was between this and Hungarian Rhapsody by Liszt but i was feeling this song more, can’t wait!
